My approach

Every person's story is unique.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work to understand the patterns that have developed over time—how your experiences, relationships, emotions, sleep, physical health and life circumstances interact.

Together we develop a shared understanding of these patterns before identifying practical strategies for change.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with genuine curiosity, compassion and collaboration, helping clients build lasting skills rather than simply managing crises.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together we make sense of what has brought you to this point, identify the strengths you can build upon, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

I have a special interest in treating bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorders and relational trauma (including childhood trauma and complex PTSD). I also help clients manage a wide range of other concerns.
